At Stardeco, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, you may request a return or exchange for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:

All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be returned

The product must not be customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be approved for return.
2. Return Authorization Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

Incorrect product received (size, design, or color mismatch)

Missing parts or mounting hardware

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, you must first complete the return process for the original item. After approval, you can place a new order separately. Any eligible refund or credit may be used toward the replacement purchase.
